Background Information:
The PathHunter® U2OS Keap1-NRF2 Nuclear Translocation Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates affecting the Keap1-NRF2 pathway. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. methyl CDDO) based pathway activation via detection of resulting NRF2 nuclear translocation. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line overexpresses PL-tagged NRF2 and nuclear localized EA alongside untagged Keap1. Upon pathway activation, induced nuclear translocation of NRF2 leads to production of EFC signal.
This stable engineered cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
